About the role.

This role involves leading the design, implementation, and adoption of enterprise-scale colleague experience analytics capabilities. You will utilize Microsoft's digital workplace ecosystem, advanced analytics platforms, and employee listening solutions to generate actionable insights. The goal is to enhance productivity, wellbeing, engagement, and overall colleague experience through data-driven decision-making.

What you will do.

  • Design, develop, and improve software solutions that provide business, platform, and technology capabilities for customers and colleagues.
  • Deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements and devise solution strategies.
  • Participate in code reviews, promote code quality, and foster knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations, contributing to the organization’s technology communities.
  • Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
  • Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
  • Advise key stakeholders, including functional leadership teams and senior management, on areas of impact and alignment.
  • Manage and mitigate risks through assessment, supporting the control and governance agenda.

What you bring.

  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale Colleague Experience Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or Employee Experience programs in large global organizations.
  • Proficiency in implementing and optimizing Microsoft Viva Insights, including advanced analytics and leadership reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and build data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Services, and the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Proven track record in driving adoption, change management, and value realization strategies for digital workplace technologies.
  • Strong understanding of people analytics, organizational network analysis, employee listening, and workforce measurement frameworks.
  • Experience integrating data across HR, collaboration, communication, and productivity platforms (e.g., Workday, Microsoft 365).
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations for Executive Leadership teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of organizational functions to contribute to business goals.
