About the role.
This role is for a Senior Software Developer to design, develop, and enhance software solutions that provide critical business, platform, and technology capabilities. You will be instrumental in evolving infrastructure and deployment pipelines, driving innovation and operational excellence. The position requires a strong focus on building robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure using modern technologies.
What you will do.
- Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance, adhering to secure coding practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements and devise solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews, promote a culture of code quality, and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations, actively contributing to technology communities.
- Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
- Design, develop, test, and deliver end-to-end full-stack solutions with a strong focus on quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Support sprint planning and estimation, taking ownership of committed work delivery from end to end.
What you bring.
- 4–8 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer building cloud-native applications.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and modern architecture.
- Experience with AI-assisted developer tools such such as GitLab Duo, GitHub Copilot, and Claude.
- Proficient in developing and consuming REST APIs, with hands-on experience in CI/CD, Git, SonarQube, and Wiz.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and scalable system design.
- Ability to build features across UI, APIs, and data layers using Java 21+, Spring Boot 3.x, Angular, and React/Next.js.
- Good knowledge of monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting tools (e.g., CloudWatch, CloudTrail).
- Strong understanding of unit/integration testing (JUnit 5, Cucumber BDD) and non-functional quality standards.
