About the role.
As a Senior Integration Solution Architect, you will be a vital member of a global digital technologies team. This role moves beyond traditional technical integration, focusing on building a team of Segment Domain Experts. You will deeply immerse yourself in the operational logic of distinct business segments to design a seamless digital fabric that connects global supply chains, factories, brand operations, and retail partners. Your work will champion robust, reliable, and secure integration solutions, ensuring flawless digital transactions across the global value chain.
What you will do.
- Define, design, and govern enterprise-grade integration architectures across hybrid-cloud ecosystems, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Act as a Segment Domain Expert, understanding business processes and data flows of core business segments to design effective integrations.
- Architect end-to-end integration flows connecting core enterprise systems like ERPs (SAP S/4HANA), CRMs (Salesforce), and WMS.
- Champion API-Led Connectivity and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) as foundational paradigms for global business operations.
- Provide deep architectural expertise and hands-on design leadership across core integration platforms including SAP BTP Integration Suite, Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Solace PubSub+, and OpenText.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Platform squads to implement modern, automated CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code for integration deployments.
- Act as a trusted consultant to Business Partners, Functional Leads, and external partners, translating complex business processes into elegant technical designs.
- Partner closely with security, data privacy, and compliance teams to enforce robust authentication standards and compliance with global regulations.
- Drive a culture of Domain Excellence within the technical team, encouraging deep expertise in specific business segments.
- Mentor junior integration architects and developers, conducting design reviews to elevate collective technical capability.
What you bring.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience working within a global Consumer Packaged Goods, retail, or manufacturing enterprise, or serving such clients in an architectural consulting capacity.
- Proven ability or strong desire to become a true domain expert in core CPG business processes, including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Supply Chain & Logistics.
- Solid experience designing and governing API-led connectivity, managing API policies, and configuring CloudHub with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Proven expertise with Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Azure APIM.
- Deep hands-on experience integrating SAP environments (S/4HANA, ECC) with external cloud platforms and cloud LOBs using SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience implementing event mesh networks, real-time message routing, and publish/subscribe patterns with Solace PubSub+.
- Proven track record in B2B/EDI integration, automated document processing, and managed integration services (EDIFACT, ANSI X12, AS2, SFTP standards) with OpenText.
- Expertise in modern protocols and formats such as REST, SOAP, gRPC, JSON, XML, and flat-file integration patterns.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a highly related field.
- Professional certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, SAP Certified Integration Associate, or Solace Certified Engineer) are highly desirable.
