About the role.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO Professional to join our client's team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of projects by establishing and maintaining best practices, processes, and documentation standards. The ideal candidate will support project managers and teams in achieving project objectives efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of various initiatives.
What you will do.
- Develop and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and tools
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and facilitate corrective actions
- Prepare and distribute project reports, dashboards, and status updates to stakeholders
- Manage project documentation, including plans, schedules, risks, and issues logs
- Facilitate project meetings, capture minutes, and track action items
- Support resource planning and allocation across multiple projects
What you bring.
- 5+ years of experience in a PMO role or project coordination
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
