About the role.
We are seeking a highly organized PMO professional to support the seamless execution of complex projects. You will be responsible for establishing best practices, maintaining documentation standards, and ensuring project objectives are met through rigorous monitoring and reporting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual looking to drive efficiency within a fast-paced, professional environment.
What you will do.
- Develop and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and tools
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and facilitate corrective actions
- Prepare and distribute project reports, dashboards, and status updates to stakeholders
- Manage project documentation, including plans, schedules, risks, and issues logs
- Facilitate project meetings, capture minutes, and track action items
- Support resource planning and allocation across multiple projects
What you bring.
- 5+ years of experience in a PMO role or project coordination
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Jira, and Asana
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred
- Prior experience in the IT services industry is a plus
