About the role.
This role sits within a securitized products team focused on commercial real estate transactions, where you will manage the end-to-end transaction lifecycle through to closing. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure documentation, diligence and onboarding requirements are met accurately and on time. The position offers exposure to ABS, RMBS and CMBS markets and the opportunity to grow your expertise in structured finance.
What you will do.
- Manage commercial real estate loan transactions from initiation through to closing
- Review and coordinate transaction documentation and due diligence materials
- Coordinate KYC requirements and support client onboarding processes
- Track closing conditions and liaise with legal, operations and client teams
- Analyse and validate large datasets, including cleansing and normalization
- Prepare clear data presentations and visualizations for internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure compliance with internal controls
What you bring.
- 1–5 years of experience in securitization, structured finance or commercial real estate lending
- Working knowledge of ABS, RMBS and CMBS markets
- Hands-on experience with commercial real estate loan closing and transaction documentation
- Understanding of financial markets and investment concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in Python, R or SQL is preferred; CFA or FRM is a plus
