About the role.

As a Learning Management System Administrator, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing the learning experience for employees. This hybrid role involves supporting administrative tasks within the LMS, ensuring seamless deployment of e-learning programs, and maintaining data accuracy. You will also play a key role in communication management and process enhancement, contributing to the overall efficiency of learning operations.

What you will do.

  • Support administrative tasks within the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Manage the testing and deployment of e-learning programs through appropriate technology platforms
  • Ensure third-party created content integrates with the LMS
  • Capture Level 1 evaluation data on instructor-led training and maintain process documentation
  • Configure and provide custom reports, ensuring reporting accuracy and maintaining audit logs
  • Drive continuous improvement through data insights, trend analysis, and root cause analysis of service delivery issues
  • Provide timely responses to employee queries regarding system access and training assignments
  • Document and escalate recurring issues or enhancement requests to system support or global process owners
  • Serve as the first line of communication with HR Business Partners or L&D leads across regions
  • Identify gaps in the LMS administration process and implement enhancements leveraging analytics

What you bring.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1.5 - 2.5 years of experience in LMS administration roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in LMS tools, specifically SAP SF LMS
  • Experience with Axonify - mobile learning experience platform (LXP) including Content Studio
