About the role.
We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead the design and implementation of advanced automation frameworks within a hybrid environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of complex financial applications by driving automation standards and collaborating closely with cross-functional development teams. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated cloud-native architectures and contribute to the delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions.
What you will do.
- Design and implement robust, scalable test automation frameworks from scratch using C#.
- Lead QA activities across multiple projects to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive API and UI automation suites using Selenium, Playwright, and RestSharp.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and deployment cycles.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to define quality standards and best practices.
- Perform complex data validation and backend testing using advanced SQL queries.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Utilize infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform to manage testing environments on Azure.
What you bring.
- 6–8 years of professional experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
- Strong proficiency in C# programming and BDD practices using Reqnroll.
- Extensive experience with API testing, UI automation, and non-functional testing.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure DevOps, Functions, and Web Applications.
- Solid understanding of event-driven architectures, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Event Hub.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data validation in complex database environments.
- Experience with infrastructure provisioning using Terraform.
- Strong knowledge of financial services domain and familiarity with eFront or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to work effectively in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
