About the role.
We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to join our team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on designing and implementing sophisticated machine learning pipelines, large-scale model inferencing APIs, and optimizing LLM performance. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
What you will do.
- Design and maintain RAG and LLM pipelines for experiment, model, and feature management.
- Develop scalable APIs for high-performance model inferencing.
- Optimize LLM and LVM models to improve latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Architect solutions for distributed training and serving of large language models.
- Implement and manage container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Utilize LLM orchestration frameworks such as Langchain and Langgraph to build robust AI workflows.
- Manage model retraining processes and lifecycle management in a production environment.
What you bring.
- 9–14 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Educational background including B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, or MS, preferably from premier institutions.
- Deep expertise in Gen AI, LLMs, and the Hugging Face ecosystem.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Extensive knowledge of databases and data warehouses such as DynamoDB, Cosmos, MongoDB, RDS, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Aurora, Spanner, and BigQuery.
- Proficiency in DevOps and monitoring tools including FluentD, Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Strong understanding of GPU architectures and distributed training techniques.
