About the role.
This role involves leading advanced analytics and machine learning engagements within a cloud-based ecosystem. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of ML solutions, from initial problem framing to model deployment and stakeholder management. The position requires a blend of deep technical expertise and strategic leadership to guide high-impact projects.
What you will do.
- Lead advanced analytics and machine learning engagements from problem framing to model delivery.
- Guide technical decisions and maintain high delivery quality across the assigned project scope.
- Engage with stakeholders to clarify business requirements, manage risks, and define project outcomes.
- Apply hands-on expertise in Python, machine learning, and statistical modeling to solve complex business problems.
- Oversee the integration of machine learning models within cloud environments.
- Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Drive the implementation of forecasting and classification models to support business objectives.
What you bring.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in analytics and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python and statistical analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Azure ML and Databricks.
- Engineering degree or higher qualification.
- Experience with MLOps and model explainability techniques.
- Knowledge of Fabric integration and its application in analytics workflows.
- Ability to travel onsite as required by project engagements.
