About the role.
We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to spearhead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS). You will bridge the gap between complex accounting standards and technical system design, ensuring seamless integration across financial modules to support global revenue recognition processes.
What you will do.
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle RMCS modules to meet complex business requirements
- Design and manage revenue contracts, customer contracts, and performance obligations
- Configure key RMCS components including satisfaction events, standalone selling prices, and allocation rules
- Ensure revenue recognition and accounting processes remain strictly aligned with ASC 606 and IFRS 15 standards
- Integrate RMCS with upstream systems such as Order Management, Subscription Management, Billing, AR, and Projects
- Develop and maintain custom reports and data extracts to support financial operations
- Perform data migration, reconciliation, and system troubleshooting
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust system solutions
- Provide support for month-end and quarter-end financial close activities
- Conduct SIT and UAT testing to ensure high-quality, scalable deliverables
What you bring.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
- Extensive experience with Oracle RMCS and Oracle Fusion Revenue Management
- Deep understanding of revenue recognition standards including ASC 606 and IFRS 15
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Financial modules such as GL, AR, AP, and Order Management
- Hands-on experience with FBDI, ADFDI, and SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Proven ability to manage data flows between Order Management, RMCS, and General Ledger
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret accounting requirements into technical design
- Relevant Oracle Cloud Financials certifications are highly preferred
