About the role.
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications for enterprise-level projects. In this hybrid role, you will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, performant code within an agile environment. You will be responsible for architecting microservices-based solutions that integrate seamlessly with complex infrastructure.
What you will do.
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of software quality.
- Architect microservices-based solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure.

What you bring.
- 8–12 years of professional experience in Java development.
- Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate.
- Extensive experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Solid understanding of relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Proficiency in containerization tools like Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
