About the role.

We are seeking a Senior Associate BI Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on developing and maintaining robust business intelligence solutions. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. You will be instrumental in delivering actionable insights through data, contributing significantly to strategic initiatives.

What you will do.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models, ETL processes, and data warehouses
• Create and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using various BI tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all BI solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and performance bottlenecks

What you bring.

• 5-9 years of experience in Business Intelligence or data engineering
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
• Experience with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts
• Solid understanding of data modeling techniques (e.g., dimensional modeling)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
