About the role.

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Lead to spearhead data visualization initiatives and drive actionable insights. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team to design complex semantic models and interactive dashboards that support critical business objectives.

What you will do.

• Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 data professionals to deliver high-quality analytics solutions
• Design and maintain robust data models and semantic models to ensure data integrity and performance
• Develop sophisticated dashboards and visualizations that translate complex data into business insights
• Manage stakeholder expectations and translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Implement advanced Power BI features including Copilot and AI-driven analytics
• Oversee the integration of data from SQL Server, APIs, and Azure/Fabric environments
• Ensure seamless reporting workflows across SharePoint and Excel platforms

What you bring.

• 8+ years of professional experience in data visualization and business intelligence
• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query (M)
• Strong background in data modeling and semantic model architecture
• Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, SharePoint, and Excel
• Familiarity with Azure, Fabric, and modern AI features in Power BI
• Ability to work from the office 5 days per week
