What you will do.
- Lead the development and maintenance of management information systems to support organizational goals.
- Design and implement robust data management frameworks to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Utilize Business Objects to create complex reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for senior stakeholders.
- Perform deep-dive analytics to identify trends, operational efficiencies, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data reporting processes using MS Office applications.
- Ensure all data management practices comply with internal governance and security standards.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business performance.
- Mentor team members on best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.
What you bring.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in Business Intelligence and data management within a professional environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Business Objects for reporting and data analysis.
- Expert-level skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for data presentation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives.
- Proven experience in managing data-driven projects and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
