About the role.

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Architect to lead the design and development of cutting-edge hardware platforms. This strategic technical role involves defining system architecture, driving component strategy, and ensuring long-lifecycle product sustainability. The architect will also be responsible for mentoring a team of hardware engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What you will do.

  • Define hardware architecture and system-level design for complex PCBA platforms
  • Lead component strategy, selection, and supplier relationship management
  • Design for manufacturability (DFM), obsolescence (DFO), and reliability (DFR)
  • Conduct design reviews and provide technical mentorship to hardware teams
  • Manage BOM strategy and component lifecycle planning
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards such as IEC 62402, IEC 62304, and FDA regulations
  • Collaborate effectively with firmware, software, and mechanical engineering teams
  • Communicate complex technical architecture to stakeholders and clients

What you bring.

  • 12–16 years of experience in hardware architecture and system design
  • Proficiency in PCB Design, Layout, and Signal Integrity
  • Strong background in Component Selection and Supply Chain Strategy
  • Experience with Healthcare Standards and Regulatory Compliance
  • Expertise in Design for X methodologies (DFM/DFO/DFR)
  • Proven Technical Leadership and Mentoring abilities
  • Excellent Communication Skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
  • Demonstrated Solution-Oriented Problem Solving skills
