About the role.
This hybrid role based in Chennai focuses on managing complex employee relations cases while providing central change support. You will balance operational case management with system testing and quality assurance to ensure seamless process improvements within a UK-shift environment.
What you will do.
- Provide expert advice on disciplinary, capability, grievance, and sickness matters including documentation and risk management
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and grievances while guiding managers through resolution
- Develop and maintain ER policies, procedures, and training programs aligned with regulatory requirements
- Translate business requirements into end-to-end test scenarios and coordinate User Acceptance Testing
- Manage defect resolution and articulate business impacts to technical and operational stakeholders
- Analyze ER metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders
- Ensure operational readiness by assessing change impacts and embedding new processes
What you bring.
- 4–8 years of experience in ER case management and handling complex, sensitive employee relations issues
- Strong background in User Acceptance Testing including test planning, script execution, and validation
- Proven ability to document and prioritize defects for technical teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with clear communication abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
- Experience working within a highly matrixed organization
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
