About the role.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Employee Relations Case Management Specialist to be based in Chennai. In this hybrid role, you will manage complex employee relations issues, conduct thorough investigations, and ensure organizational compliance with labor laws. You will act as a key advisor to management, facilitating conflict resolution and promoting a positive, fair, and productive work environment.

What you will do.

  • Manage end-to-end employee relations cases including investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance management disputes.
  • Provide expert guidance to managers on policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and corrective action processes.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation for all ER cases in compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.
  • Analyze case trends to identify systemic issues and recommend proactive training or policy updates.
  • Facilitate mediation sessions to resolve interpersonal conflicts and improve team dynamics.
  • Ensure all case management activities align with statutory requirements and internal governance standards.

What you bring.

  • 4–8 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on Employee Relations or Case Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and objectivity.
  • Proven ability to conduct thorough, unbiased investigations and draft comprehensive reports.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or PG Diploma in Human Resources Management is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms for case tracking and reporting.
