About the role.
We are seeking a skilled Decision Analyst to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in leveraging data and analytical techniques to provide actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making across various business functions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical problems, driving impactful solutions and monitoring their effectiveness.
What you will do.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and root causes
- Develop and implement analytical models to forecast outcomes and assess risks
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and analytical approaches
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented decisions and strategies
What you bring.
- 4-6 years of proven experience in a Decision Analyst or similar analytical role
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
- Expertise with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex data into understandable insights for non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
