About the role.
As a Decision Analyst, you will turn complex data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions across business functions. You will partner closely with stakeholders to understand their challenges, frame them as analytical problems, and deliver solutions that drive measurable impact. This role offers the opportunity to influence decisions at both tactical and strategic levels.
What you will do.
- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns and root causes
- Develop and implement analytical models to forecast outcomes and assess risks
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and analytical approaches
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented decisions and strategies
- Translate complex data into understandable insights for non-technical audiences
What you bring.
- 1-6 years of experience in a Decision Analyst or similar analytical role
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and data modelling techniques
- Expertise with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R or SAS
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or a related discipline
- Nice to have: experience with machine learning algorithms, A/B testing methodologies and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
