About the role.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will own end-to-end recruitment mandates for specialist, mid-senior and leadership-level positions across banking, GCCs, Fortune 500 companies and private equity firms. This is an individual contributor role where you will drive sourcing, market research and candidate engagement from first outreach through to offer acceptance and onboarding. You will be expected to manage multiple priority mandates while maintaining high-quality search intelligence and consistent delivery.
What you will do.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing through to final candidate closure.
- Conduct market research, talent mapping and competitor analysis to identify top-tier professionals.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals and professional networks while building long-term relationships.
- Evaluate and screen candidates to ensure alignment with complex client requirements.
- Coordinate interview processes and manage the candidate experience through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Maintain high-quality search intelligence and consistently meet defined delivery targets.
What you bring.
- Minimum of 6 months of professional experience in recruitment, specifically within executive search, staffing or RPO firms.
- Proven ability to work independently as an individual contributor in a target-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in candidate engagement, sourcing strategies and professional communication.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority mandates simultaneously.
- Graduate degree in any stream, with strong business acumen and market awareness.
- Nice to have: prior exposure to hiring within BFSI, Investment Banking or Consulting sectors.
