About the role.
This role sits at the intersection of business transformation, Global Capability Centre (GCC) strategy, operating model design, product and platform transformation, and AI-enabled change. The successful candidate will help financial services organizations evolve their GCCs from delivery-focused centres into strategic hubs with end-to-end ownership of products, platforms, operations and enterprise capabilities. You will work closely with senior technology and business leaders to define future-state operating models and deliver measurable value.
What you will do.
- Lead GCC strategy and transformation engagements across banking, capital markets, insurance and asset and wealth management clients.
- Design and assess GCC operating models covering governance, capabilities, location, talent, service delivery and ownership.
- Develop target operating models aligned to enterprise business and technology strategies, including greenfield setup, scale-up and mandate expansion.
- Lead business and operating model transformation initiatives focused on productivity, cost optimization, simplification and redesign.
- Identify and prioritize AI, GenAI and intelligent automation opportunities, and develop roadmaps and business cases for them.
- Partner with technology teams on platform modernization, cloud transformation, business architecture and application rationalization.
- Define transformation KPIs, baselines and benefits-realization frameworks covering cost, capacity, service and technology outcomes.
- Facilitate senior client workshops and translate strategy into executable roadmaps, governance structures and decision rights.
- Own delivery quality, stakeholder management and risk management across multidisciplinary engagement teams.
What you bring.
- 10 to 18 years of relevant professional experience, with meaningful exposure to financial services and complex transformation programs.
- Experience in GCC strategy and transformation, shared services or global business services, banking or operations transformation, or management consulting.
- Strong domain understanding of one or more financial services areas such as banking, capital markets, insurance, or asset and wealth management.
- Working knowledge of target operating model design, governance and decision rights, and product or value-stream operating models.
- Good technology fluency across AI and GenAI transformation, data and analytics, platform modernization, cloud and architecture concepts.
- Ability to build compelling business cases and value-realization frameworks and to engage confidently with C-suite stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, technology or a related discipline.
- Experience working across global and India-based teams in a matrixed environment.
