About the role.
We are seeking a seasoned Director to lead the Strategic Customers Engineering division. In this high-impact role, you will oversee the delivery of complex, large-scale infrastructure programs, ensuring operational excellence across GPU deployments, compute, and networking workloads. You will act as a key bridge between senior stakeholders and technical engineering teams to drive successful service delivery.
What you will do.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of program managers to ensure the successful scaling and operational readiness of cloud infrastructure programs.
- Act as the primary liaison between senior customer executives and internal engineering, product, and capacity teams to drive alignment and execution.
- Manage end-to-end cross-functional delivery for large-scale GPU deployments, from initial planning through to customer launch and service expansion.
- Establish robust execution frameworks, KPIs, and operational rhythms to improve delivery predictability and transparency.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and operational blockers, driving mitigation strategies to ensure customer success.
- Oversee incident readiness and escalation management, ensuring post-incident follow-ups and corrective actions are tracked to resolution.
What you bring.
- 15–20 years of professional experience in program management, infrastructure delivery, or customer engineering at scale.
- Expert-level proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and its ecosystem.
- Deep technical understanding of GPU infrastructure, data center operations, networking, compute, and storage.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs and working directly with executive-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in people management, specifically in coaching and developing senior leaders.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous, high-pressure environments.
- B.Tech or MBA degree from a reputed institution.
