About the role.
The Senior Analyst will support Japan and APAC market operations across accounts payable, invoice management and procurement workflows. The role serves as a key Japanese-speaking point of contact for counterparties, handling queries professionally and ensuring accurate, timely supplier payments. This is a hybrid position based in Gurugram.
What you will do.
- Support Japan/APAC market operations across invoice management and procurement workflows
- Manage accounts payable and invoice processing activities accurately and on time
- Handle accounting-related activities and supplier payment processes
- Serve as a Japanese-speaking point of contact for counterparty interactions
- Resolve counterparty queries professionally and efficiently
- Use Japanese language skills for business communication with internal and external stakeholders
What you bring.
- Mandatory proficiency in Japanese language across speaking, reading and writing
- JLPT N3 or above certification
- Accounting or finance background; commerce graduates preferred
- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable (AP), invoice processing or order management
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and invoice processing workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
