About the role.
This role centres on coordinating application integration, release and change governance, and risk and issue management across cross-functional technology teams. The successful candidate will bring structure and clear governance to complex technology delivery within a financial-services environment. Strong communication and accountability are central to how this role drives outcomes.
What you will do.
- Oversee application integration management and coordinate dependencies across delivery teams
- Govern release and change processes, ensuring compliance with established controls and standards
- Lead risk and issue management, including tracking, escalation and driving resolution
- Coordinate FOSS and compliance activities and maintain configuration management discipline
- Manage JIRA workflows and produce regular reporting for stakeholders and leadership
- Facilitate Agile delivery practices and communicate progress across technical and business teams
What you bring.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in application governance, IT management, or technology coordination
- Hands-on experience with release and change governance, risk and issue management, and configuration management
- Working knowledge of FOSS and compliance coordination
- Proficiency with JIRA and reporting tools
- Experience applying Agile delivery methods
- Background in financial-services technology or risk platforms
- Strong cross-team communication and senior stakeholder engagement skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
