What you will do.
- Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale wealth management initiatives
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication across global teams
- Oversee project lifecycles from initiation through to implementation and post-go-live support
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
- Mitigate project risks and resolve issues through proactive problem-solving
- Ensure all project deliverables align with regulatory standards and internal policies

What you bring.
- 12–18 years of experience in project management and business analysis within the financial services sector
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects in wealth management
- Strong understanding of financial products and wealth management business processes
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and requirements
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing high-performing teams
