About the role.
The Lead Business Analyst will serve as a senior strategic partner, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution. You will lead high-impact initiatives, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of business analysis projects within a fast-paced financial environment. This role requires a seasoned professional capable of driving transformation and delivering scalable solutions.
What you will do.
- Lead and manage large-scale business analysis projects from inception to delivery.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define business objectives and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
- Oversee the documentation of functional and non-functional requirements for complex financial systems.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and system performance.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts to ensure high-quality output and professional development.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technology teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Conduct thorough gap analysis and risk assessments to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure all project deliverables comply with internal governance and regulatory standards.
What you bring.
- 12–18 years of professional experience in business analysis within the financial services or banking sector.
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Deep understanding of financial products, market operations, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into business insights.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience managing senior-level relationships.
- Proficiency in industry-standard business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
