About the role.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for anchoring the automation function for the enterprise. You will act as a strategic advisor and delivery leader, guiding the evolution from traditional RPA to intelligent and agentic automation. The role requires a hands-on approach to stabilizing and elevating the existing automation ecosystem while influencing senior stakeholders.
What you will do.
- Define and execute an enterprise-wide automation roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and tool-agnostic advisory to solve complex business problems.
- Drive the transition from RPA-led processes to intelligent, AI-driven, and agentic automation solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of automation programs, ensuring quality, timelines, and measurable ROI.
- Manage the platform ecosystem, including vendor coordination, license management, and infrastructure stability.
- Partner with senior leadership to showcase automation value and influence strategic decision-making.
- Lead and mentor a hybrid team of internal staff and external vendor partners.
- Foster a culture of innovation and citizen development across the organization.
What you bring.
- 15–20 years of professional experience in automation, technology leadership, or advisory roles.
- Deep expertise in RPA tools including Automation Anywhere and UiPath.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Power Platform, Alteryx, and Power BI.
- Proven experience in implementing AI/ML, GenAI, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, hybrid teams and manage complex vendor relationships.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at the senior leadership level.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering hard value and measurable business outcomes.
- Experience operating effectively within a large, matrixed organizational structure.
