About the role.
This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise content management and archiving solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that business-critical documents and records are captured, stored, and governed in full compliance with regulatory standards. The position requires a deep understanding of integrating complex content management systems with enterprise resource planning environments.
What you will do.
- Design and implement robust solution architectures for enterprise content management and archiving.
- Configure and maintain OpenText Content Suite and Extended ECM modules to meet business requirements.
- Develop and execute strategies for information lifecycle management and records management.
- Manage the integration between OpenText platforms and SAP applications to ensure seamless data flow.
- Create comprehensive documentation including configuration blueprints, migration plans, and user guides.
- Ensure all document management processes adhere to strict regulatory compliance and information governance standards.
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for workflow automation and optimization.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for archiving capabilities and system integrations.
What you bring.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
- Extensive experience with OpenText Content Suite, Extended ECM, Archive Center, Livelink, and Web Solutions.
- Proven expertise in Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) and document lifecycle management.
- Strong technical proficiency in SAP integration, SAP Application Interface Framework, and SAP applications.
- Deep understanding of records management, encryption, security, and compliance features.
- Experience in business process analysis and the development of archiving strategies for structured and unstructured content.
- Relevant SAP certifications such as SAP S/4HANA or ABAP development are highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Hyderabad.
