About the role.
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our client's team in Bengaluru. In this hybrid role, you will act as the customer proxy, managing product backlogs and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality software modules within an Agile framework. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between stakeholder requirements and technical execution.
What you will do.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with project goals and quality standards.
- Act as the primary customer proxy for a specific product module, ensuring clear communication and delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with stakeholders to address concerns and foster a collaborative working environment.
- Oversee changes within existing systems to ensure smooth transitions and minimal operational disruption.
- Participate actively in team demos and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Apply analytical skills to resolve medium-complexity issues within defined procedures.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the established quality and completeness criteria for the scrum team.
What you bring.
- 10–12 years of professional experience in the healthcare industry.
- Proven expertise in Product Backlog Management.
- Strong background in Stakeholder Management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model based in Bengaluru.
- Strong judgment and decision-making capabilities within established procedures.
