About the role.
This role leads master data governance initiatives for the client's SAP projects, blending hands-on technical development with deep functional knowledge of SAP Master Data Governance. You will translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions spanning implementation and enhancement work. The position is based in Pune on a hybrid work model and is open to immediate joiners only.
What you will do.
- Configure and enhance SAP MDG solutions, including data modelling, workflows, and governance processes.
- Design and implement BRF+ rules, validations, derivations, and enhancements.
- Develop and debug ABAP code and MDG technical components to support business requirements.
- Build and manage integrations between SAP MDG and connected systems.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutioning across implementation and enhancement projects.
What you bring.
- Mandatory: strong techno-functional SAP MDG experience; purely functional profiles will not be considered.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience.
- Good combination of technical development and functional MDG knowledge.
- Proficiency in ABAP and debugging.
- Experience working on MDG implementation or enhancement projects.
- Ability to handle business requirements through technical solutioning.
- Nice to have: hands-on exposure to SAP MDG configuration, data modelling, and workflows.
- Nice to have: experience with BRF+, validations/derivations, enhancements, and integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
