About the role.
This role is a strategic leadership position focused on driving digital transformation for clients within the Retail and Consumer sectors. You will act as a trusted advisor to CXOs, designing end-to-end architectural roadmaps that integrate advanced technologies like Agentic AI, ERP, and supply chain systems. The position is based in Bengaluru and operates on a hybrid model, requiring a blend of technical depth and business acumen.
What you will do.
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify client pain points and architect comprehensive transformation roadmaps.
- Design interoperable omnichannel architectures integrating digital commerce, POS, ERP, and AI-driven platforms.
- Collaborate with market coverage teams to craft proposals, lead proof-of-concepts, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Define architecture standards and rationalize legacy platforms to improve operational efficiency.
- Convert successful project patterns into reusable frameworks to scale service offerings.
- Represent the firm at industry events and publish thought leadership content.
- Mentor internal teams to maintain cutting-edge technical expertise in the retail domain.
What you bring.
- 10–17 years of total professional experience with at least 5 years of deep, hands-on experience in Retail & Consumer domains.
- Expertise in IT/OT integration, API-led architecture, and event-driven architecture.
- Proficiency in core systems including ERP, CRM, OMS, WMS, TMS, PLM, PIM, and MDM.
- Proven ability to build capability maps, target operating models, and sequenced investment roadmaps.
- Strong track record of working with Indian clients over the last 5 years.
- Experience with data-driven value realization and implementing AI solutions in retail environments.
- Any Graduate degree.
- Formal project management certification or equivalent experience.
