About the role.
The Corporate Strategy – Business Resilience Associate will help shape and strengthen the organization's ability to withstand and recover from operational disruptions. The role combines strategic analysis, data analytics, and crisis preparedness to protect critical business services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build dashboards, monitor resilience metrics, and support business continuity and disaster recovery programs.
What you will do.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tracking business continuity and IT resilience metrics
- Write and optimize DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and data models to support resilience reporting
- Analyze operational and technology data using SQL to identify risks, gaps, and trends
- Support business continuity management and disaster recovery planning, testing, and exercises
- Contribute to crisis management processes, including incident documentation and post-event reviews
- Prepare clear, executive-ready documentation and reporting for senior stakeholders
- Use ServiceNow and Fusion to track resilience activities, incidents, and remediation actions
- Partner with business and technology teams to embed resilience standards across the organization
What you bring.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, operational resilience, business continuity, or related areas
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
- Working knowledge of SQL and data analytics for large datasets
- Solid understanding of data visualization principles and reporting best practices
- Experience in business continuity management, disaster recovery, or IT resilience
- Demonstrated ability in crisis management and incident documentation
- Good understanding of BFSI domain and regulatory expectations
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and Fusion platforms is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
