About the role.
This role is within the Global Markets division, specifically in the Equity Structuring team. You will be instrumental in delivering bespoke solutions for clients' hedging and investment requirements in various asset classes. The position involves developing cross-asset strategies, implementing state-of-the-art pricing models, and designing robust analytical toolsets to optimize equity strategies.
What you will do.
- Lead equity structured product ideation, pricing, and execution across markets for ETFs, indices, stocks, and funds
- Understand and implement complex pricing models in variable scenarios
- Conduct pre-trade modelling, strategy selection, monitoring, and performance analysis
- Design and build robust, efficient, reusable, and scalable analytical toolsets to improve daily workflow
- Propose innovative structured solutions for yield enhancements and risk management
- Identify gaps and strengthen current processes and controls with self-driven initiatives
- Collaborate closely with global trading desks and sales teams in dynamic market conditions
- Prepare comprehensive marketing materials for structured products
What you bring.
- 3-5 years of experience in structured product markets, specifically equity structured products
- Strong understanding of greeks and hedging strategies
- Proficiency in programming, with comfort in designing automation infrastructure
- Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent market knowledge to assess competitor offerings
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and very strong work ethics
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
