About the role.
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Associate - Program Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives within our client's advisory practice. This role sits at the intersection of pre-sales, business development, and proposal management, ensuring the organization remains competitive in securing high-value engagements. You will provide robust PMO oversight to ensure delivery excellence and operational efficiency across complex project portfolios.
What you will do.
- Lead the end-to-end RFP and proposal lifecycle from initial qualification to final submission.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying market opportunities and crafting compelling value propositions.
- Manage complex project portfolios with robust PMO oversight to ensure delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align technical solutions with client requirements.
- Ensure operational efficiency across all assigned workstreams.
- Influence and manage relationships with key stakeholders and executive leadership.
What you bring.
- Extensive experience in managing RFPs, proposals, and pre-sales cycles in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of success in business development within consulting or professional services firms.
- Strong background in PMO functions with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA from a premier institute is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience at a top-tier consulting firm is highly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence C-suite executives.
