About the role.
We are seeking an experienced Automation Lead to spearhead the integration of AI and advanced automation strategies within the software testing lifecycle. You will lead a team of QA professionals to build scalable frameworks and ensure the quality of complex financial systems. This role is pivotal in driving the adoption of GenAI and machine learning techniques to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
What you will do.
- Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers and QA professionals, providing guidance and performance management.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive test automation strategies using tools like Playwright, Selenium, Appium, UFT, and Tosca.
- Drive the design and development of robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and data science, to define testing requirements.
- Champion the integration of AI and machine learning techniques into the STLC for defect prediction and test generation.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate testing activities across multiple projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor test metrics and provide regular reports on automation coverage and defect trends to stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate new AI-driven testing technologies to maintain process efficiency.
What you bring.
- 8–13 years of professional experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
- Proficiency in Playwright with Typescript, Javascript, or Python.
- Practical implementation experience of AI within the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Proven experience in validating non-deterministic responses and AI Model Testing.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring QA teams.
- Deep understanding of automation frameworks including Selenium, Appium, UFT, and Tosca.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
