About the role.
The R&D Product and Pack Delivery Manager will oversee digital R&D initiatives, managing the full project lifecycle from discovery and prototyping to MVP delivery. This role involves coordinating complex system integrations, managing financial budgets, and ensuring seamless collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will be instrumental in driving digital capability delivery within a fast-paced, R&D-focused environment.
What you will do.
- Oversee R&D digital program activities, managing projects from discovery through to MVP delivery.
- Collaborate with product owners and senior stakeholders to align project deliverables with business goals.
- Manage system integrators and technical teams to prioritize, design, and build core platform integrations.
- Provide SIT testing support, ensuring environment connectivity and the application of lessons learned.
- Lead financial planning, governance, and budget execution, including managing accruals and invoices.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained in accordance with PMO knowledge management strategies.
- Validate business gaps with stakeholders and propose effective solutions to leadership.
- Embed service introduction processes across all project and rollout activities.
What you bring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in delivering business capabilities within an R&D function, preferably in the CPG industry.
- Strong project management expertise with a deep understanding of project stage gates.
- Experience in deploying cross-segment digital solutions.
- Technical awareness of emerging digital platforms, including AI.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and deliver results through cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience working effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
