About the role.
This role involves navigating complex enterprise software challenges by applying service design and design strategy principles. You will work end-to-end, from initial scoping to final delivery, ensuring that user needs are met through thoughtful systems thinking and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires a strategic mindset to translate high-level complexity into tangible, user-centric design outcomes.
What you will do.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to identify pain points and customer needs.
- Develop ecosystem maps, capability maps, and service blueprints to define service architecture.
- Create status-quo and future-state user journeys, flows, and opportunity maps.
- Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder co-creation sessions and design thinking workshops.
- Translate strategic concepts into actionable use cases, scenarios, and product features.
- Perform heuristic evaluations of digital tools and create experience prototypes.
- Collaborate seamlessly with developers and other designers to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Communicate complex strategic concepts effectively through visual storytelling and clear rationale.
What you bring.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Service Design, Strategic Design, or Innovation Design Management.
- 2–12 years of proven experience as a Service Designer or Design Strategist in complex enterprise software environments.
- Expertise in Service Design, Design Strategy, and Systems Thinking.
- Proficiency in design and collaboration tools including Figma and Miro.
- Experience with project management and documentation tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence strategic decisions.
- Excellent visual communication and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
