About the role.
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join the Operational Resilience team in Mumbai. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation by designing advanced data analytics solutions. You will play a critical role in developing dashboards and integrating data flows to support data-driven decision-making.
What you will do.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for operational metrics and KPIs
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources
- Integrate REST APIs to automate data flows and enhance reporting capabilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
- Perform rigorous data validation and quality assurance on all analytics deliverables
- Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive data dictionaries
- Support the troubleshooting and optimization of existing analytics infrastructure
- Participate in process improvement initiatives using actionable data insights
What you bring.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
- Strong SQL expertise with experience in query optimization and database design
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and API integration methodologies
- Proven experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- High proficiency in Excel for advanced data analysis and reporting
- Prior knowledge of financial services or operational risk domains is highly preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities
