About the role.

This role sits within the Lending and Credit Solutions team, focusing on the origination, structuring, and execution of financing transactions for high-net-worth clients. You will collaborate with regional teams and internal control functions to manage and grow the loan book while ensuring robust risk management. The position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of credit analysis and wealth management.

What you will do.

  • Identify and evaluate financing opportunities through portfolio analysis and client reviews
  • Market lending capabilities to relationship managers to drive loan book growth
  • Structure bespoke financing solutions in collaboration with global teams
  • Prepare comprehensive credit memos and term sheets for internal approval
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of legal documentation for financing transactions
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance credit awareness across the wealth management franchise
  • Drive process improvements to increase productivity and sales management efficiency

What you bring.

  • 1–5 years of experience in credit analysis, lending, or structured finance
  • Strong proficiency in financial statement analysis and credit risk assessment
  • Experience with financial modeling and credit rating methodologies
  • Familiarity with legal documentation and KYC/AML compliance standards
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with Bloomberg or Reuters terminals
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence internal stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of treasury, FX products, and cross-border lending
