About the role.
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead project controls for high-stakes airport infrastructure developments. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end planning, scheduling, and cost management processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of integrating advanced data analytics and risk management frameworks into complex construction environments.
What you will do.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Implement robust Earned Value Management (EVM) systems to track project performance and progress.
- Conduct detailed cost control, forecasting, and budget management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform rigorous risk management, including Monte Carlo analysis and scenario modelling to mitigate potential delays.
- Utilize BIM-enabled project controls to enhance coordination and data accuracy across engineering teams.
- Provide predictive forecasting and performance monitoring reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough delay analysis and implement corrective action plans to maintain project timelines.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and transparent reporting of project status.
What you bring.
- 15–20 years of experience in project controls within the infrastructure or aviation sector.
- Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Deep understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and predictive forecasting techniques.
- Proven track record in risk management, including Monte Carlo analysis and scenario modelling.
- Experience with BIM-enabled project controls and integrated construction management systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a full-time office environment.
