About the role.
The Senior Project Controls Manager will lead cost, schedule and risk control across aviation infrastructure programmes, ensuring projects are planned, monitored and delivered within budget and timeline. The role combines hands-on scheduling and forecasting with advanced analytics and stakeholder leadership. You will act as a trusted advisor to project leadership on performance, delay mitigation and predictive outcomes.
What you will do.
- Lead project controls activities including planning, scheduling, cost control and forecasting across aviation programmes
- Develop and maintain integrated schedules and baselines using Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Monitor project performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) and report variances to senior stakeholders
- Conduct delay analysis and recommend corrective actions to protect programme milestones
- Perform risk management, including Monte Carlo analysis and scenario modelling, to inform decision-making
- Build predictive forecasting models and Power BI dashboards to provide clear performance insights
- Integrate BIM-enabled project controls with scheduling and cost data
- Manage stakeholder relationships and lead reporting across client, design and delivery teams
What you bring.
- 15-20 years of experience in project controls, planning or cost management on large capital projects
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Proven expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM), cost control and forecasting
- Experience with delay analysis, risk management and performance monitoring
- Working knowledge of Power BI and data-driven reporting
- Familiarity with Monte Carlo analysis, scenario modelling and predictive forecasting
- Understanding of BIM-enabled project controls
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at senior levels
