About the role.
This role sits within the fixed income middle office technology function and focuses on coordinating testing and delivering technology programs that support repo, margin and collateral workflows. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business analysts, developers and testers, translating technical detail into clear program reporting and escalations. The position is hybrid and based in Mumbai.
What you will do.
- Coordinate testing activities and manage project delivery for fixed income middle office technology programs
- Manage test cases, defects and related tooling to ensure timely and quality releases
- Translate complex technical details into clear status reporting and escalation materials for stakeholders
- Support collateral management systems and repo/margin workflow enhancements
- Track and manage program backlogs, dependencies and risks using JIRA and Agile practices
- Prepare dashboards and presentations in PowerPoint and Excel to communicate program progress
- Ensure delivered changes align with US Treasury regulatory program requirements
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies and cross-functional coordination across business and technology teams
What you bring.
- 8-10 years of experience in technology project management, testing coordination or business analysis within financial services
- Hands-on experience with collateral management systems and repo, margin or collateral workflows
- Working knowledge of JIRA and Agile methodology
- Strong data visualization and reporting skills using PowerPoint and Excel
- Awareness of US Treasury regulatory programs
- Proven ability to synthesize technical information for program reporting and escalation
- Experience with test case and defect management tooling
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
