About the role.

The Senior Executive – Powder Production will oversee and optimize manufacturing processes within the powder production unit. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality output, maintaining safety standards, and driving operational efficiency in a fast-paced industrial environment. You will lead production activities to ensure targets are met while adhering to strict quality and safety protocols.

What you will do.

  • Manage and supervise daily powder production operations to ensure adherence to production schedules.
  • Monitor process parameters and equipment performance to maintain consistent product quality.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations within the production area.
  • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely upkeep and repair of production machinery.
  • Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure seamless operations.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on operational procedures and safety standards.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and documentation for management review.

What you bring.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in powder production or chemical manufacturing processes.
  • Strong understanding of industrial safety standards and quality management systems.
  • Proven ability to lead production teams and manage operational workflows.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
  • Proficiency in production planning and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a full-time, on-site environment in Ranjangaon.
