About the role.
The Senior Executive – Powder Production will oversee and optimize manufacturing processes within the powder production unit. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality output, maintaining safety standards, and driving operational efficiency in a fast-paced industrial environment. You will lead production activities to ensure targets are met while adhering to strict quality and safety protocols.
What you will do.
- Manage and supervise daily powder production operations to ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor process parameters and equipment performance to maintain consistent product quality.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations within the production area.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely upkeep and repair of production machinery.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure seamless operations.
- Train and mentor junior staff on operational procedures and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and documentation for management review.
What you bring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in powder production or chemical manufacturing processes.
- Strong understanding of industrial safety standards and quality management systems.
- Proven ability to lead production teams and manage operational workflows.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
- Proficiency in production planning and inventory management software.
- Ability to work effectively in a full-time, on-site environment in Ranjangaon.
