About the role.
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java and React to join a dynamic team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications, ensuring high performance and scalability. You will be instrumental in building secure REST APIs and optimizing database solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready features and contribute to technical design discussions.
What you will do.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React for frontend and Java/Spring Boot for backend services.
- Build secure REST APIs, optimize database design and queries, and ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready features.
- Drive technical design discussions, perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior engineers if needed.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, testing, and documentation.
What you bring.
- 6–11 years of strong hands-on experience in React (including state management, Redux/RTK, Hooks, Typescript) and backend development using Java (Spring Boot).
- Good understanding of REST API architecture, authentication, middleware, exception handling, logging, Swagger/OpenAPI, and unit testing.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL/MongoDB, SQL optimization, database migrations, and performance tuning.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Kafka, Git workflows, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure or GCP).
- Experience integrating AWS services and building scalable, production-grade applications.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants and LLM tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, and improving developer productivity.
