About the role.
This role focuses on the design and delivery of next-generation payment solutions, specifically within RTGS and high-value payment ecosystems. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and modern technical architecture, contributing to payment modernization and ISO 20022 adoption. This is a hybrid position based in Bangalore / Pune.
What you will do.
- Design end-to-end technology solutions across RTGS and high-value payment ecosystems.
- Develop scalable, resilient, and secure payment architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
- Define solution blueprints, integration patterns, and target-state architectures for payment modernization programs.
- Translate business, operational, and regulatory requirements into implementable technical solutions.
- Provide domain expertise across global RTGS schemes and real-time settlement infrastructures.
- Design and review microservices-based architectures and API specifications for payment applications.
- Facilitate solution workshops, technical discussions, and architecture governance forums.
- Produce comprehensive architecture documentation, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
What you bring.
- 3–8 years of experience in payments technology, specifically within RTGS and high-value payment domains.
- Strong expertise in payment architecture, solution design, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, API design, and event-driven systems.
- Proficiency in ISO 20022 standards and real-time settlement mechanisms.
- Technical knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and Kafka.
- Experience with API Gateways and modern DevOps/CI/CD practices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
