About the role.
We are seeking experienced SAP professionals to join our client's delivery teams to lead S/4HANA implementations and complex data migration projects. You will be responsible for end-to-end business process optimization, ensuring seamless integration across SAP modules and peripheral systems. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale projects that translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
What you will do.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP solutions tailored to specific client business requirements.
- Perform detailed gap analysis and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Execute complex data modeling and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and system performance.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide functional or technical support for SAP environments.
- Translate business needs into comprehensive technical specifications, including BRD and FRD documentation.
- Ensure seamless integration across S/4HANA and peripheral modules.
- Optimize system performance and lead cross-functional team collaboration on full-cycle implementation projects.
What you bring.
- 5–11 years of professional experience in SAP implementation and support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, BW/HANA, and data migration methodologies.
- Proficiency in technical tools including SAP BODS, Datasphere, BDC, Fiori/UI5, SAC, or Databricks (Python/PySpark/SQL).
- Proven ability to manage cross-module integration (FI/CO/MM/SD/WM).
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, warehouse automation, or IFRS 15 is highly valued.
- Relevant SAP certifications in your respective module are strongly preferred.
