About the role.
The E-Trading Services Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the firm's electronic trading infrastructure and operations. This position involves monitoring trading systems, ensuring seamless execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high service standards. The role is based in Mumbai and operates on a hybrid work model.
What you will do.
- Monitor electronic trading platforms to ensure system stability and performance
- Provide real-time support for trading activities and resolve technical issues promptly
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize trading workflows and processes
- Analyze trading data to identify trends and potential areas for system improvement
- Maintain documentation for operational procedures and incident reports
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements during trading hours
- Participate in system testing and deployment activities for new trading features
What you bring.
- 1–3 years of experience in a financial services or trading support environment
- Strong understanding of electronic trading systems and market infrastructure
- Proficiency in data analysis and troubleshooting technical issues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team structure
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
