About the role.
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and scale production-grade AI and Generative AI applications. You will be responsible for building agentic systems and complex enterprise integrations that solve real-world business challenges. This role is based in Pune and requires a commitment to working from the office.
What you will do.
- Build and deploy end-to-end AI and GenAI systems including RAG pipelines, agents, and automation workflows
- Design and maintain robust APIs and microservices to support scalable AI solutions
- Implement and optimize data pipelines and advanced retrieval systems
- Refine prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and overall model performance
- Ensure the reliability, observability, and scalability of AI services in production environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive the adoption of AI-driven solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the establishment of technical best practices
What you bring.
- 5–7 years of professional experience in software engineering or AI-focused roles
- Strong programming proficiency in Python or TypeScript, with Java or Go considered a plus
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and modern AI frameworks
- Proven experience building APIs and working within distributed systems
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipeline management
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph or Semantic Kernel
- Knowledge of vector databases and hybrid search techniques
- Strong grasp of system design, scalability, and performance tuning
- Exposure to enterprise system integrations including CRM, ERP, or ITSM
