About the role.
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join a dynamic team and elevate the organization's visual brand identity. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality design solutions that align with marketing objectives and resonate with target audiences across various digital and print platforms. This role is based in Noida and operates on a hybrid work model.
What you will do.
- Create compelling visual assets for social media, email campaigns, websites, and digital advertisements.
- Design print collateral including brochures, flyers, banners, and corporate presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and translate business requirements into visual designs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all projects and ensure high-quality output within tight deadlines.
- Prepare final files for production and ensure all assets meet technical specifications.
What you bring.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to incorporate constructive feedback.
- Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Relevant certification or diploma from a recognized design institute.
