About the role.
This role involves designing and implementing technical architecture solutions for Process Mining deployments, focusing on Celonis. You will be instrumental in building robust and informative Business Process Mining models, optimizing data pipelines, and identifying process inefficiencies. The position requires strong technical leadership and the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders to drive process improvement initiatives.
What you will do.
- Design and communicate technical architecture solutions based on customer requirements and data volumes for successful Process Mining deployment.
- Assist customers in establishing connections between on-premises source systems and Process Mining cloud environments.
- Solicit requirements for Business Process Mining models, including data usage and post-build application.
- Build accurate, robust, and informative Business Process Mining models to support business growth.
- Set up data extraction pipelines using both out-of-the-box and custom connectors.
- Optimize the performance of data pipelines and analyze process data to identify inefficiencies.
- Lead technical teams of Data Engineers and Analysts, allocating work and resolving blockers.
- Apply analytics and modeling to actively drive process improvement projects and initiatives.
- Lead discussions on operationalization of Process Mining through Action Flows, Action Views, and Machine Learning capabilities.
- Maintain expert knowledge on the Process Mining platform by drafting documentation on technical procedures and processes.
What you bring.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Data Engineer/analytics roles.
- Strong experience working on setting up data extraction pipelines with both out-of-the-box and custom connectors.
- Strong working knowledge of Celonis ETL capabilities, including Extraction, SQL Transformations, Data Pools, and Data Jobs.
- Deep technical expertise and implementation execution on best practices of process mining.
- Experience in working with SQL and relational databases, including query authoring.
- Ability to communicate directly with business stakeholders and other vendor teams to identify success factors for Process Mining tool implementation.
- Proven analytic skills, including data mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization.
- Strong skills in industry-standard tools/platforms for data analytics and visualization such as R, SQL, Tableau, Qlik, or Process Mining.
- BE/BTech (or MS/MTech) degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Well versed with the latest AI capabilities for Process Mining in Celonis.
