About the role.
This role sits at the intersection of tax strategy and data engineering, focusing on the optimization of transfer pricing processes. You will be responsible for designing sophisticated data models and automated pipelines to support complex financial analysis and compliance requirements. The position requires a blend of technical expertise in data science and a deep understanding of transfer pricing methodologies within a large-scale financial environment.
What you will do.
- Design and implement robust data models to analyze transfer pricing data, including comparable company analysis and profit split methodologies.
- Develop predictive models for transfer pricing risk assessment and optimization.
- Build automated data pipelines to extract, transform, and analyze financial data from diverse sources.
- Create automated reports and visualizations to identify transfer pricing outliers and potential compliance risks.
- Coordinate effectively between finance, tax, digital, and IT stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Provide accurate reporting on project status, risks, and issues to senior management.
- Support the documentation of AI-driven analyses for audit and regulatory compliance purposes.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across Finance, Tax, Technology, and Operations functions.
What you bring.
- 6–10 years of professional experience in transfer pricing and financial data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.
- Expertise in Power BI for building interactive dashboards and visualizations.
- Proven experience in data modeling and building automated data pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability in requirements gathering, process analysis, and testing coordination.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
