About the role.
This role is for an Instructional Designer who will be instrumental in creating diverse training content. You will be responsible for developing engaging and effective learning materials across various formats, including eLearning, instructor-led training, and videos. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and learner-centric content. What you will do.
- Create training content for all forms of training: eLearning, ILT, vILT, videos, SOPs
- Communicate effectively in oral and written form
- Write according to the learner’s needs and characteristics
- Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct messages
- Ideate content structure and design based on provided content strategy
- Handle customer communication and SME interactions
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
What you bring.
- 1-3 years of experience in instructional design or content writing
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, SMEs, and team members
- Strong comprehension skills to clearly understand requirements and instructions
- Ability to visualize and conceptualize graphics, animations, and page layouts for training content
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education, English, or a related subject is preferred
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline is a plus
- Familiarity with Google AI tools (Gemini, NotebookLM, etc.) is an advantage
